Well, it’s time to tidy up the project list and report our status. Let’s see…

Witch Craft Works
It’s sad to let go one of our best projects, but after Cham retired from scanlation, we weren’t able to find any translator interested in the series. Also, note that this is a licensed series, so we’ll have to delete all the download links very soon. With mangatraders gone, you better grab them all while you can. Our final release will be ch27 in a few days. We could continue the series if a new translator is willing to work with us, otherwise, the plan to drop it is on.

Deux Ex Machina
We are slow as usual. but it’s still an active series. Don’t worrry, we’ll get done those last 3 chapters to complete the series

Hozuki-san chi no aneki + imouto
No issues at all. The raws of ch4 are scanned and the translator is gonna start soon with the chapter.

Isuca
We are good if we continue at our snail pace, but it would be nice to get one extra translator to speed up things, and also a translator checker. Really guys, come and help!

Homeland Ming
This short Chinese doujinshi is already translated and we only need to release the last chapter, but I just can’t bring myself to work with the chapter. I never liked that much the series, sorry. Can someone come and get it done?

Teppu
The scanlation front is okay, but there won’t be new chapter in Japan next month. Cross your fingers so that it’s not another hiatus! I got raws for volume 6 and there’s an extra page to translate, it’s just a 4koma included in the cover of the tank. We’ll translate that later. The scanlation of ch28 is in progress, just wait a couple of weeks for the release.

Wrestle the Under Ground
Nothing to report, things are slow, but it’s okay for now. Want more speed? come and help.

Yuzu chu
Sometimes I think we’ll never release this one… I’m currently redoing the typesetting of ch1, so let’s see if we can do finally a release this weekend.

Ziggurat
We are finally dropping this series, we couldn’t get a translator to continue, only promises, but no real scripts.

Sugar wa Otoshigoro
Still on hold, but it won’t be dropped for now.

Itadaki!
Same as above.

New project: Mirai Nikki Mosaic Keshi
A short series, it has 8 chapters in one single volume and we have 5 of them already translated, but we don’t have translator for the final 3 chapters. Come and help!! the first release will be next week.

We have also another new project, but it’s still in progress, so no announcement for now.

Time for more aneki pals! This chapter is quite short compared to the previous one, enjoy! Ah, don’t skip the last page after the chapter, there’s an special announcement about the live action version of aneki. It looks interesthig, I hope someone translate that one.

HCnA plus Imouto – Chapter 3

As usual, we are short in staff. We need translators! Unfortunately we’ll have to drop some series due to the lack of translators, like Ziggurat and WCW, but I hope someone comes to help with the new projects, we have some scripts done, but no permanent translators to continue them, so even if we release one or two chapters, I don’t know if we’ll be able to do something beyond that.

The keyword in this release is “boobs”. Man, that Suseri is quite a nice cute little thing to see. Too sexy to be animated, I can already see the censorship in the upcoming anime version of Isuca. Oh, well, enjoy the release!

Time for more Teppu, pals! The bout of Mawatari resumes and we learn that Pac Duna is actually Korean, so as of today her name is Park Du-na. Sorry, but we didn’t know until this chapter. By the way, she looks awesome! And those freckles are just too damn cute… I whish she were a regular character in the series. Enjoy the chapter!

The next chapter of Teppu is expected in Japan next week, but we’ll need as usual like 2 weeks to work on it. Our next releases will be Isuca 25 and Hozuki 3. Both of them are translated, we only need to clean those chapters. We need a couple of good cleaners to speed up the releases of Isuca, is anyone interested? mail me at kanapox(at)animexis.org

In the past days I was reading and incredible good manga that seems to be forgotten: 3-gatsu no lion (March comes in like a lion). If any translator is interested, please mail me, somebody has to continue that manga!! You need to have some knowledge of shogi, since a lot of the plot involves descriptions of the shogi matches of the main character.

I’m kinda concerned about the direction of this new series. If you had mixed feelings about the first chapter, then this second chapter will, for sure, make you love or hate this series. It’s too intense so be warned: the innocence from the first series is completely gone. Oh, by the way: Misaki and Mizuno are back!

As I was saying, this series is too intense. Welcome to our new proofers, who made a wonderful job proofing this chapter. Unfortunately, both of them asked to never do this kind of stuff. I can’t blame them, hahaha! Welcome too to our new typesetter, who will be helping with Hozuki-san.

In other things, there are news about the upcoming live action version of hozuki-san expected for September, it seems. A complete page with details, staff and photos was published in the latest Young Ace Magazine. I’ll wait for the report of the translator to give you more details when we release chapter 3. Hopefully, it won’t take that long to be released, it’s a shorter chapter.

Regarding our permanent lack of staff, we still need Japanese translators, so please come and help us. A good cleaner would also come handy. Also, if you can afford it, please consider helping us in the donation area. That’s all for today, our next releases will be Isuca and Witch Craft Works.
